- On deck, In the water and Previous are all visible at once on the coach deck — no more collapsing between them mid-heat.
- Scratches and no-shows are tracked separately: a planned scratch shows "X", an unscratched no-show shows "NS" — both excluded from placing and scoring.
- Results imports merge finals straight onto a loaded meet program by event and name, or load as a standalone meet from just the results sheet.
- Season & League stats: high points and improvement% by age group, filterable by team, gender and age group.
- Time trials added as their own meet type — no points or places, excluded from improvement%.

- Positioning made explicit site-wide: this is a prototype, not yet tested at a live meet, and nothing costs anything until full integration.
